At Tabitha Simmons, we want you to be happy with your purchase. If you change your mind or the item doesn’t meet your expectations, we offer 30 Days Free Returns from the date you receive your order.

Return Eligibility

To be eligible for a return under our policy:

  • Items must be returned within 30 days of delivery.
  • Products must be unworn, unused, and in original condition with all tags attached.
  • Items must be in the original packaging, including any dust bags or branded boxes.

How to Start a Return

Before sending any item back, please contact our customer service team at support@tabithassimmons.com to receive the correct return instructions and return details. Returns sent without contacting customer service first may not be accepted.

Once you’ve contacted us, we will provide guidance on how to return your item and what information to include with your return shipment.

Return Shipping Cost

Unless otherwise instructed by our customer service team, return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer. If specific return shipping instructions or labels are provided, they will be issued by our support team.

Refund Process

After we receive and inspect the returned item, approved refunds will be processed to the original payment method within 3–15 days of inspection. You will be notified once your refund is initiated.

Exchanges

If you wish to exchange an item for a different size or style, please contact our customer service team for instructions. Exchanges are handled on a case-by-case basis.

Damaged or Incorrect Items
